| Tiivistelmä: | In recent two years, there has been a flourishing momentum in introducing foreign investment. The proportion of the investment made by the transnational corporations and financial institutions which came to China has been rising rapidly. However the following new contradictions and new forms of joint venture also appear continually. The article makes an analysis of 10 problems such as can the foreign businessmen's investment be mainly directed by market? How do we consider the issue of "purchasing the state-owned enterprises" , which emerged in foreign investment? and should we persist in adopting the preferential policies to foreign businessmen? |
