| Tiivistelmä: | It is of great significance to emphasize and improve the corporate system of enterprises. Reaffirmation of running enterprises by law can enable the enterprises to protect themselves by law. Drawing a clear dividing line between an enterprises and the investors in property relations, relations between the government and enterprises will help enterprises operate as required by markets, declare bankruptcy and clear debts as well as reducing economic disputes. |
