| Tiivistelmä: | In the article the characteristics of excellent organizations are present in a summarized way.The researchs show us that excellent are those organizations which are innovative in flexible organized and which have creative and flexibile management.We call your attention on three basic patterns of the coming organizational structure which intend to be prevailing in the future.The appearance of a shamrock pattern of organization structure reminds us that gigantism of former organizations disappear and that development of organizing moves to increasing number of autonomous units within the organizational structure.The evolving so-called honeycomb pattern of organizing claim a need that the numerous of small autonomous units have to be grouped throughout the joint interests.The new pattern of trapezium organization tells us that the excellent organizations are organized of only two levels t.i. strategic and operational once. |
