| Tiivistelmä: | According to China's current economic development, the Ninth Five-Year Plan period will witness two possibilities. One of them is that after the economic system is straightened up, the economic structure optimized and there is a virtuous circle in the State- owned economy, the economic order will be gradually standardized and a sustained, rapid, sound and stable development of the national economy realized at last. The other is that economic reform is difficult to deepen; the State-owned economy will be operating inefficiently over a long period of time, the economic order will worsen; and the national economy will fall into the stage of stagflation. The key to striving for the first possibility depends on whether State enterprises can be invigorated overall. |
