| Tiivistelmä: | How come, two years after signing outsourcing contracts, many clients find that the arrangemnts they entered no longer have anything to do with their business plans? In fact, many consultants, outsourcing suppliers and companies that outsource agree that businesses have virtually abdicated the management function in outsourcing contracts, creating an environment where the suppliers manage the relationship. By concentrating on outsourcing as some kind a new approach to businesses, they have lost sight of very basic purchasing and partnership principles involved. |
