Tiivistelmä:The internationalization of market has offered immense potential to enterprises in their realizing the economy of scale. As China's market structure does not suit the internationalization of market, we should optimize it, draw on the experience of growth of large-sized enterprises in today's advanced countries and adopt the "strategy of level, vertical and mixed integration" in order to form large- sized enterprises. According to the industrial characteristics, we will determine the key enterprises to conduct the internationalized business. In the future, two basic forms of main body will shape up. They are industrial enterprise group and trade enterprise group.
