| Tiivistelmä: | The reform of state-owned enterprises with the establishment of modern enterprise system as the target is only the change of the system and organizational form of enterprises. It has nothing to do with the nature of ownership system. To establish a corporate enterprise, there are the following demands:establishing an enterprise's status of legal person, forming its corporate property right system and establishing an effective responsibility system with the funds provided, by fund providers as the boundary limit. Besides, we need to establish and use effectively the corporation system featuring plural subjects of property rights, adjust the structure of state-owned sector, and make strategic reorganization of state-owned enterprises to promote the reorganization of state-owned assets. |
