| Tiivistelmä: | The situation of auto industry in 1996 was as follow: 1. low -speed growth of production and marketing, prices sliding down generally and poor economic returns , 2. the changed market structure with production and marketing of bus surpassing that of truck for the first time, 3. the slumping market of medium-and heavy-duty trucks and the brisk market of light-duty and mini trucks and sedan market. 1997 will be the transitional period of auto industry's development, featuring the capacity of supply and enterprises' ability of resisting shocks, which will be enhanced, more complex and rapid structural changes of auto market, top-grade highway transport market which is taking shape and the emerging momentum of passenger transport. |
