| Tiivistelmä: | This study follows the large-scale introduction of Lotus Notes in an organization in an attempt to increase the understanding of the impact Notes (or similar groupware products) might have on organizations that adopt it. Given the focus of much of the practice-oriented literature that appears to be influential with potential adopting organizations, the focus was on the change in the extent of collaboration, as well as on such outcome variables as efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. |
