| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, the dangerous waste materials of foreign countries have entered China by cheating the Customs in succession. Their quantity is large and growth rate astonishing. They mainly come from America, Japan and Hong Kong. The coastal area is the main place of entry and use. Some foreign-funded enterprises are directly engaged in the import, processing and disposal of the dangerous waste materials. To control them, we should enhance our awareness of environmental protection, practise the strategy of sustainable development, strengthen rule by law, perfect controlling policy, intensify management and international co-operation. |
