| Tiivistelmä: | MFN treatment is both the basis of normal trade between countries and the basic condition for two countries' economic and trade contacts. If the argument for America's cancelling its MFN treatment to China is untenable, it will cause serious consequence to China's opening to the outside world and its attracting foreign investment. In view of the economic, political and strategic factors, cancelling MFN treatment to China does not also conform to America's fundamental interests. So both countries' men of insight should try their best to prevent American government and congress from cancelling USA's MFN treatment to China by the opportunity of China's joining WTO to provide good taking environment for economic and trade development. |
