| Tiivistelmä: | To realise sustained economic growth in China, the major contradictions to be settled are the obvious in sufficient effective demand in terms of macro economy and extremely low efficiency and economic returns of state enterprises in terms of micro economy. In view of the above, we should adjust rationally the investment orientation of credit funds under the premise of adhering to moderately tight macro policy, expand properly investment in fixed assets with an aim at both increasing effective demand and promoting economic structural adjustment. At the same time, we should change ideology and make up our mind to deepen the reform of state enterprises to realise the system renovation and the transformation of mechanism as soon as possible. |
