Tiivistelmä: | International tourism plays an important role in the global economy. There is a strong relationship between the tourism industry and economic development. Certain emerging international markets with high growth potential are not being aggressively pursued by Canadian tourism interests, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. This paper presents an analysis of these growing tourism markets and their travellers' behavior and a close examination of the strength and weakness of tourism industry in Canada. To penetrate the Four Dragon markets, a marketing strategy is recommended to the Canadian tourism industry. |
