Tiivistelmä:When considering the supply of expert services, the public sector needs a more focused and customer-oriented strategy. Instead of making separate decisions, the public sector should apply long-term planning in its operations. Service providers should start evaluating who their customers really are. The focus of future marketing activities should not be just those firms previously used expert services, but should actively be directed to new potential customers. Both the service provider and a small firm as customer in an expert-user relationship will benefit from the development of market orientation in expert services.
