Tiivistelmä:From the angle of theory of modern industrial organization, this paper studies the organizational structure of China's circulation industry, which is placed in the big environment of international market. It also analyzes the influence of market internationalization on the organizational structure of China's circulation industry, the status quo of structure and its inadaptability to market internationalization. On that basis, it further explores the basic strategy of optimizing the organizational structure under the condition of market internationalization It thinks that the following ways may be taken: developing large circulation enterprise group to increase scale benefits, taking corresponding policies, laws and regulations for setting up more barriers against foreign investment in circulation industry and promoting the union.
