| Tiivistelmä: | Socialist subject property right is a very important matter in the contemporary socialist theories and their practice. Socialist states have pursued the traditional planned economic system for a long time. The major weakness in that system can be concluded as the obscure and defect of subject property rights. While socialist market economic system conduct reform of property right system. Its central link is the construction of subject property rights. This article puts froward the following propositions: establish socialist market economy with subject property rights, mainly studies those requirements which are suitable to socialist market economy, fasten the construction of subject property rights and the formation of pluralistic system of ownership. |
