Tiivistelmä: | The effects of industrial firms' formal strategic marketing planning processes on organizational configuration and structure, exchange patterns, and performance are studied in the research. The results show that the greater the extent to which the firm develops a formal, written strategic marketing plan and mission, the greater the use of integrative committees and mechanisms, specialization, decentralized decision making in some areas, and formal performance measurement. |
