| Tiivistelmä: | This article systematically reviews and integrates empirical research examining the personal and contextual characteristics relating to employee creativity (hereafter as: emp-cr.) in the workplace. Discussed are possible determinants of emp-cr. that have received little research attention. Also, described are several areas where substantial challenges and unanswered questions remain. A number of new research directions are presented for theory building, and methodological improvements identified needed in future studies of creativity in organizations. |
