| Tiivistelmä: | Offshore Outsourcing is an increasing IS/IT strategy relying on 3rd party Service Providers (hereafter as: SPs.), typically located in developing countries. This paper conveys the results from case-based research of three firms seeking to offshore infrastructure management and needing to develop effective risk mitigation strategies for selecting SPs. Therefore it will become increasingly necessary for SPs. to develop offshore outsourcing capabilities. |
