| Tiivistelmä: | The paper provides a theoretical extension and tests empirically team reflexivity. It argues that in the context of teams with innovative projects, team reflexivity will be positively related to team effectiveness and efficiency. Social skills and project management skills are specified as important determinants of team reflexivity. Findings show that team reflexivity is positively related to team effectiveness and not efficiency. |
