Tiivistelmä:Althought the concept of diversity management is exercised increasingly in Germany, it has not received much attention from local researchers. This paper presents a survey of 210 companies. The main object is to explore the factors that have an effect on the implementation of diversity management. The use of diversity management has increased significantly in Germany, the results indicate. The research found a strong correlation between company size and the exercise of diversity management. In addition, the firm's country of origin affected to the use of the concept.
