Tiivistelmä:This article provides a perspective to remote electronic voting systems (hereafter as REVS) and votersÂ’ intentions to use technologies to support voting. The review concentrates on telephone and web-based interfaces of REVS. The aim of this paper is develop a REVS participation intention model by combining technology adoption theories and e-voting design. According to the survey of 476 potential voters mobility and accuracy play an important role in voterÂ’s REVS participation intention. However voters need additional information about REVS to define their intentions.
