Tiivistelmä:The business corporation of Japan, the kaisha, are typically regarded as ruthless price cutlers, willing to sacrifice short-term profits to satisfy their relentless obsession for growth and increased market share. In the view of many Western executives the behavior of the Japanese is reckless when prices are slashed in bids for increased market shares. It is demonstrated how the Japanese corporations employ competitive strategies and tactics against Western competitors in Japan and in global markets.
