| Tiivistelmä: | The subject of a vast and rather sterile debate was how to reduce high and constantly growing administrative costs, and how to increase the efficiency of the service sector. The question is all the more a propos that different working methods such as value analysis in the administrative sector have progressed rather rapidly, however without a corresponding increase in production. The current critical situation in the service sector is analyzed and recommendations for removing such a disproportion are given. |
