| Tiivistelmä: | The main development in management education has been the increasing popularity of action learning /AL/. But relatively little attention has been paid to the process involved in the supervision of AL projects.This article aims to explore some of the dilemmas and paradoxes of the human relationship between supervisor and supervised. Rowan's model developed in 1981 provided a helpful conceptual framework and vocabulary. The article grows from the author's experiences at the North-West Regional Management Centre. |
