| Tiivistelmä: | Everywhere in Europe union movements have met serious problems:dropping membership, difficulties in managing conflicts, ideological doubts, etc. They nonetheless remain an important political factor for governments as well as inside companies. They loose their influence in strategic terms, particularly with regard to new social policies established by companies designed to promote the participation of workers, to redefine the roles played by the executives and supervision of personnel and to improve working conditions. |
