Tiivistelmä:That choosing, recruiting, and training new employees can provide opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness of all organizational members, is proposed. The following issues are examined: why would the founder and chief executive officer of the firm still interview candidates for entry-level positions? Why would a poor performing employee be assigned the task of showing the ropes to a newcomer? It is aimed to develop a new perspective on organizational entry, one that can be used to shape a broad range of routine and unusual situations in organizational life.
