Tiivistelmä: | The discriminant validity of measures of job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment were evaluated using data obtained from a single sample of 577 full-time employees of 327-bed Veterans Administration Medical Center. The LISREL VI computer program was used to make a confirmatory factor analysis that tested whether measures of these constructs were assessing distinct attitudinal dimensions.Besides, relation between these three attitudinal variables and several other job-related variables were examined. |
