This article explains the features of venture capital financing and indicators the significance and trends of this world-wide growing branch. The venture capital activities of large-size companies are of particular interest. This way, they want to contact new hi-tech companies at an early date and to conclude partnership agreements with them, which can bring both parties a number of advantages. |
