| Tiivistelmä: | A lot of innovations in corporate financial management are described. Some facts of theoretical development are mentioned. The case example of Landis and Gyr AG is analyzed to show how the new financing methods and techniques can be applied. Some innovations in dividend policy and other financial techniques (zero-coupon bonds, priority participating bounds etc.) are mentioned as examples. These were more or less successful in the last two decades in Switzerland or in international financial markets. |
