| Tiivistelmä: | The two big TV companies, Central and TV-am were able to increase their profits and their share in NAR. Both stations worked efficiently through cost-cutting which TV-am could reach by discharging 230 employees. Central wants to take no such measures and hopes for voluntary retirement. At the same time it carries out some structural changes resulting in saving. The new working practices seem to bring good results for both companies. |
