| Tiivistelmä: | Since the oil shock of the seventies new requirements against electricity prices have been formulated. They have to instigate to environment protection and saving of resources. The latter mean both economic use of electricity by the customer and the smallest possible generating capacity at the provider. The article investigates how the new tariff system introduced at 1. 01. 1990. in the FRG fulfills these requirements. |
