| Tiivistelmä: | The intellectual trajectory of a central figure in contemporary organization theory - Garath Morgan - is identified and assessed through a detailed analysis of his published work over the last decade. The complex pattern of interconnections between academic careers, intellectual communities and socio-cultural contexts in organizational analysis has recently been explored by Perry. Therefore, it is also anticipated that this exegesis will illuminate broader developments within the field of organization studies and contribute to the type of analysis of the interrelationship between individual and collective intellectual trajectories that Perry recommends. |
