| Tiivistelmä: | More than 750 persons attending the seminars "Human Resource Management" and "Employee Motivation" organised by Rolf H. Ruhleder, Bad Harzburg (Federal Republic of Germany) were asked, "What are the most important characteristics that an employee should have? Fifteen attributes were named in a questionnaire (tolerance, the right way of questioning and listening, politeness, the right way of expressing disapproval or approval and others). It is shown what kind of information can be extracted from the analysis of the answers. |
