The fruit juice market has stabilised after a rapid burst of growth in the late eighties with volume sales up 4.2% for 1993 to 421 million litres. Fruit nectars account for the largest sector of the market accounting for around 65% of volume sales. 100% fruit juices are much the fastest growing sector of the market with sales volume having doubled over the last five years. |
