| Tiivistelmä: | A sort of profiles which could help build up a picture of competitors' strength and weakness and increase the effectiveness of strategic planning is examined. Various real examples and a real company adapted from an actual case,"Exceltech" are used to examine three levels within the company: the individual key executive,the executive team and the company as a whole. Profiles from the individual level are built up,then the human and organizational dynamics operating among key executives,the executive team and the company are discerned. This help to forecast the kind of strategies the company is likely to choose. |
