| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses the constitutional ambivalences of a probable European Economic Area agreement (integration between EC and EFTA) by focusing on the law-making process. Despite "quasi-EC- membership" status it gives EFTA countries they will be denied collective rights and institutional guarantees. From the perspective of the principles of constitutionalism, this seems to be a very ambivalent option. |
