Tiivistelmä:In this study the authors analyse the variables that act as deciding factors for the consumer's loyalty to distribution agents for tourism. The authors conduct and show an empirical study of the impact of price promotions on tourists who travelled with a package tour. The findings show that price discounts do not directly erode consumer loyalty and that the main factor in gaining loyal customers is to offer package tour that indicates to the customer that it provides high-quality service.
