Tiivistelmä:Recruitment of retired people is increasing, and now there are greater incentives for older Americans to continue working over age 65 and even 70. A variety of work alternatives, flexible benefits plans, job enrichment schemes, sabbatical leaves, new pay systems rewarding performance rather than time worked and a host of other new opportunities and benefits will lure and hold good people in the organization. A shrinking labour pool also stimulates an increased recruitment process and stronger links between the business and educational communities.
