| Tiivistelmä: | The legal and procedural aspects of strike-free deals are analysed. The particular focus is on the contractual status of these deals, the drafting of their no-strike clauses, the binding nature of their provisions on pendulum arbitration. It is argued that there is a considerable diversity within the strike-free format, but the similarities between strike-free and conventional procedures are greater than their differences. |
