| Tiivistelmä: | To insure the capability of a firm to deal with conflicts and cooperation problems can be seen as an important challenge to personnel management of the ninenties. A so called "sophisticated personnel policy" and a good cooperation between the management and the works council are a starting point to the solution of many problems in this context. The training needs of works councils are identified. The most important aspects of confict and cooperation management are considered. A framework for in-company training of works councils is presented. |
