| Tiivistelmä: | The fact that after the credit was out of control in 1984, the banking experienced fluctuation in 1988 and then chaos in 1993, basically reflected the loosening-tightening-loosening cycling process. What we can learn from it is that a strong readjustment system must be established, which ensure the unification, continuation and relative independence of monetary policy with an aim at keeping the banking stable. |
