| Tiivistelmä: | China's economy, as an economy of track transferring type, goes to monetization. It creates a high pressure on money demand. The economy will be in a state of investment expansion caused by: serious lack in basic facilities; market resuscitation leads to investment for structural adjustment and undefined relationship of property right leads to insufficient cautiousness of investment assessment. It needs a rather long term of reform process to define the relationship of property right. Therefore, at the present stage, China's economy should adhere to a cautious even conservative financial policy. |
