| Tiivistelmä: | Case study has shown a long-term regulative relationship between the money multiplier and its decisive parameters. The verification of Granger causal relationship has shown a cause and effect relationship between the money multiplier and the macro economic growth. It's indicated that the intermediary objective regulation under China's monetary policy will take the control and monitoring of narrowly defined money multiplier as the task in the midterm and also the long-term regulation of broad money multiplier into account. In addition, the short-term changes such as fluctuation may be finely regulated by means of dynamic model. |
