| Tiivistelmä: | A common problem of the formerly socialist countries of Eastern Europe that their financial markets are developing very slowly. Banks and enterprises in these countries lack capital, while Western banks are not courageous enough to invest in Eastern Europe. The enterprise of the BREE /Bank Research Eastern Europe/ Consulting Services Ltd providing emergency help for appraisal of new banks in these countries can be considered important in this respect. The situation are analyzed included the East-West contacts which are and certainly will be crucial for the fate of the financial markets of financial institutions these countries. |
