| Tiivistelmä: | After restoring the contracting party position of GATT, the risks, which the enterprises are facing, such as market risk, risks on production technologies, decision risk, risks due to policy, etc. , must be partly shifted on to specialized banks, thus enlarge the bank credit risk. According to the practice of commercial bank, setting up the administrative mechanism and guarding mechanism against the loan risk, to ensure safety of credit properties, is the requirement of Chinese specialized banks interconnecting with the international commercial banks after restoring to GATT. |
