| Tiivistelmä: | In the present stage in China, the financial risk is a peculiar system risk during the period of economic system transformation rather than market risk. The particularity and hidden nature of such a risk should arouse more attention. This paper expresses the new ideas on how to prevent and reduce such a system financial risk, that is, making system innoviation of the overall economic system and enterprise organizational system while at the same time innovating in financial system. |
