| Tiivistelmä: | Hainan province's economy has gradually entered the virtuous circle of industrial balanced development and the financial supervision and management there have been strengthened. So financial risk can be reduced gradually. At present the comprehensive control over it should include the following: 1. formulate long-term industrial policy for guiding financial behavior; 2. further improve financial market due to the fact that there still exist many problems in financial institution, relationship between creditor's rights and liabilities and drain of assets, which are unfavourable to reduction of financial risk; 3. ensure the financial development in the real and effective market environment and that various financial institutions observe rules and reach dynamic balance in business development. |
