| Tiivistelmä: | To prevent financial risk in China, first, we should handle well the following relationship: relationship between financial reform and financial stability, relationship between financial opening and financial control, and relationship between financial liberalization and financial supervision and management restraint. Second, we should establish the environmental risk prevention system according to the characteristics and formation of financial risk as well as the systems of market risk and operational risk prevention. Third, we should also strengthen and optimize the modern financial administrative management stressing scientific management and legal system for the purpose of formulating and implementing the strategy of financial risk prevention in order to reduce the unfavourable factors from administrative management. |
