| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, China's state-owned enterprises suffered from serious loss, debt/assets being above 80%. As a result, the proportion of bank's bad assets is becoming and bigger and state-owned banks are also suffering loss. The 'financial risks' in China's economy seem to be the focus of the world. This paper suggests the notions of 'comprehensive state liability' and 'comprehensive state financial risks' and analyses a series of economic phenomena and policies comprehensively, as well as the clearance of 'bad debt' and some vague ideas about it theoretically. |
